Today, the organization is standing not as a Banyan tree but as a Kalpavriksha. Which is a direct sympathy for the fulfillment of noble resolutions. This is not a display of power but a platform of devotion. Thousands of devotees have come here in the last one year and they have experienced Baba's grace not only in the city but also during the journey from Indore to Shirdi, Shani Singnapur Trayambakeshwar under the direction of Chinmayi Sanstha in 2013-14. The aim of the organization is to promote and propagate creative and constructive works in the city settlements and villages along with promoting basic services in the said areas through community participation.

Mahila Vikas Sanstha provides guidance to women regarding running of family business, special training in subjects like banking, computer etc. required in daily life, training for setting up cottage industry and home industry to make women self-dependent, providing financial assistance through financial aid forum, providing personality development and daily and music training to develop various art qualities of young women.
